How it Works
Having a virtual assistant is designed to provide structured, dependable support. integrating seamlessly into your existing ways of working.
1. Initial Enquiry
Get in touch via the contact form to outline your requirements and confirm availability.
An initial discussion allows us to explore your current challenges, priorities and the type of support that would make the greatest impact, along with identifying the appropriate retainer package or support options.
Following our discussion, we’ll identify where structured support will free up your time most effectively.
Together, we will:
Clarify priority tasks
Identify recurring responsibilities
Establish clear processes where needed
Agree realistic monthly hours
A tailored Scope of Work and client agreement will then be created prior to commencement.
2. Scope & Tasks
Once the agreement is signed a short onboarding form is required to allow me to learn your systems, expectations and communication preferences.
This may include system access, process overviews and prioritisation of tasks to ensure support is delivered efficiently from the outset.
3. Onboarding
Support is delivered in line with the agreed scope and monthly hours, with time tracked accurately and tasks taken care of according to agreed priorities.
For retainer clients, time is reserved monthly to ensure availability and focus.
4. Ongoing Support
Regular communication ensures tasks remain aligned with priorities and adjustments can be discussed as needs evolve.
Updates are provided in line with your preferences and any issues or queries are flagged early.
